Room block dates are November 7–11, 2026.
The exclusive discounted room rate is available through October 9, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. Because availability is limited, we strongly encourage attendees to reserve accommodations early.
Guests may reserve rooms online via the booking link or by calling the hotel directly at (888) 444-6664 and referencing the "Depositions Are Trial" group block.
Standard king and queen rooms are available starting at $319 per night through the official attendee booking link.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes and hotel fees.
Omni Nashville Hotel offers valet parking only. Overnight valet parking rates currently range from $60–$75 per night, including taxes.
Self-parking is not available on-site.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed; however, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests upon arrival whenever possible.
Planning to spend additional time in Nashville before or after the conference?
Pre- and post-conference nights may be available upon request, subject to hotel availability. Attendees interested in extending their stay are encouraged to contact the event team directly, as an addendum to the reservation may be required.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
Reservations resulting in a no-show will also incur a charge equal to one night’s room rate and taxes, billed either to the individual guest or the reservation’s payment method on file.
