Meet Sach Oliver

Sach D. Oliver, CEO of Oliver Law Firm and one of the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers, has spent more than 20 years fighting for clients in their most difficult moments. In 2026, he was named to The Inner Circle of Advocates — the invitation-only organization of the top 100 plaintiff trial lawyers in the United States — and is the only currently active Arkansas attorney to hold that distinction.

At the heart of Sach’s work is his deep Christian faith. He credits faith and family as the guiding forces in his life and practice, and views representing clients in their moment of greatest crisis as a sacred calling — one rooted in compassion, redemption, and the Golden Rule. “When people face a crisis, they need someone to listen, care, and fight for them. They need a friend and an advocate.”

Sach is the author of Depositions Are Trial, published by AAJ (American Association for Justice®) — now a top-selling title in the field of trial advocacy, with the audiobook edition releasing summer 2026. He is a former President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (2022–2023) and a sought-after national speaker on trial strategy. He also lends his voice as a volunteer auctioneer in support of nonprofit causes close to his heart.

Family is everything to Sach. He and his wife, Codi, are raising their two daughters on the family horse and cattle ranch, where they are building a Christian education and retreat center — a place dedicated to learning, reflection, and the values of faith, family, and service that shape his life. Outside the courtroom, you can find Sach cowboying on the ranch and creating lasting memories with friends and family.
